Natalia: I think that we cannot micromanage them. We don’t like who they brought, it doesn’t matter they still brought a big performer and I talked to them about the safety and they said they can’t control the crowd.
Peace: I mean I understand the importance of having a fall and spring event but I’d be fine if they just did fall. I don’t think two is needed, like I would love to see Chance and Joey the same year but are there enough funds for that?
Monique: I think 30 grand is enough to do what they want to do.
Hassan: I propose spring event and both Sco-larities.
Austen: I’d give them the fall event and both Sco-larities.
Josh: If you’re looking for a slightly smaller number you could give them the spring event and not deduct income.
Monique: Also we can change these publicity costs. We can just do tickets, 35 for posters, no spray paint, and tickets.
Natalia: I want to do the geotag.
Josh: The Hales capacity according to the Oberlin website is 1000 with the bleachers set up. They’re asking for 650 tickets.
Vince: Proposal to fund at 31385, just the fall event with publicity adjusted.
Monique: I’m down to add the fall Sco-larity to that.

Josh: I don’t have a huge problem with costumes, except the lack of storage.
Hassan: I’m down with funding the first speaker and third workshop and no costumes.
Natalia: I think we could cut the amount of costumes we give them, like cut down from 18 to 12.
Hassan: They’ve been able to operate without these costumes and haven’t explained why they needed it.
Vince: They’re costumes, what explanation would be sufficient?
Natalia: They say they pay for it out of pocket and they want SFC to fund it.
