1. Project Funding
        The SFC will only consider requests for Winter Term projects under exceptional circumstances. This review may only take place by a supermajority vote of the SFC, and no allocation will be made without a unanimous vote of all SFC members.

2. Programming During Winter Term
        Chartered student organizations may request funds for programming that will take place during Winter Term.
